Stockings measure 11x15". Please make sure you select the personalized option if you want a name on the stocking. We use high quality permanent htv, when personalizing, these are not embroidered.
During checkout, please inform me of:
- Names for each stocking.
- Which name goes with which stocking (Ie. Green cat stocking- Sadie; Red dog stocking- Shallow)
- Which font you'd like the name in (if no font is left we will use one of our most popular fonts)
*Please note ship times are based on business days (Monday- Friday). We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Due to our quick ship time, we start working on orders almost immediately. Changes can be made to your order for up to an hour after you place the order. This includes personalization changes, address changes, and cancelations. After an hour it is not guaranteed, but if the order has not been started we will be glad to make changes for you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
