**How to Order**
1. Personalise: Choose your preferred acrylic colour for the first layer from the drop-down menu. (Over 16 colours)
3. Personalise: Provide the name and add this to the 'Add your personalisation’ box.
**Size**
Approximately 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches (9cm x 9cm) width varies depending on length of name
**IMPORTANT**—Double-check all spelling. Once personalised items have been made, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges, and orders can be processed immediately.
PROCESSING TIMES: Orders are usually processed in our small studio within 1-2 working days; during busy times, there may be a small delay.
DELIVERY: We post all orders with Royal Mail 2nd class. Once dispatched, we have no control over delivery times. However, orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days. If your order does not arrive within 10 days after dispatch, please get in touch so we can dispatch a replacement.
